Voice of silent was launched on January 1st 2024 , although the movement was planned from October 2023. Manuel Jean who has been doing the discipline committee director duty, in his school FAIPS DPS Kuwait, conceived the idea of this initiative. He came across one of his relative suffering from hearing disability and subsequent dementia. His uncle was a very well known farmer who handled, rubber plantations, tapioca plantations and crops like pineapple and a small diary and poultry farm. His knowledge was very keen for Manuel in helping him design his future as an engineer working for more machine handling in plantations. This was the first time Manuel had realized how much damage hearing loss is causing to humanity and future world. Additionally, the immense knowledge the teachers and researchers possess in this world was having an overwhelming influence on him .This leads us to take steps for most possible preservation of the outflow of their knowledge. Manuel decided to work on weekends and provide hearing aids to financially troubled elders. Additionally, He is also trying to connect sponsors who are willing to contribute to the good cause.
